Oat and Rice Flakes

Product is made from whole grain oat flakes and rice flakes. Oat grains are dehulled, heat treated, cutted and rolled to thin flakes. Rice is heat treated and rolled to thin flakes. Oat and Rice Flakes can be used for porridges and desserts. Can also be used as such with yoghurt, sour milk and muesli.

INGREDIENTS: oat flakes (50 %), rice flakes (50 %).
The product may contain traces of other cereals.

1 dl of Myllyn Paras Oat and Rice Flakes weights about 35 g.

Cooking instructions:

Porridge

for 1 portion

100 ml (35 g) Oat and Rice Flakes
200 ml Water or Milk

Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan and add the flakes. Cook for three minutes stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand for one minute. Serve with salt, sugar, honey, butter, berries or marmalade.
