Quick Oat Flakes

Oats are dehulled, heat treated, cutted and rolled to thin flakes. Quick Oat Flakes are made from whole grain oats so the flakes are high in fibre. Quick Oat Flakes can be used for porridges and desserts. Good and tasty in baking. Can also be used as
such with yoghurt, sour milk and muesli.

INGREDIENTS: Fullgrain oat.
The product may contain traces of other cereals.

1 dl of Myllyn Paras Quick Rolled Oat Flakes weights about 30 g.

Cooking instructions:

Oat porridge

for 1 portion

100 ml (30 g) Quick Oat Flakes
200 ml Water, Milk or Juice

Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan and add the quick oat flakes. Cook for one minute stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand for one minute. Serve with salt, sugar, honey, butter, berries or marmalade.
