Quick Oat Flakes + Bran

Oat grains are dehulled, heat treated, cutted and rolled to thin flakes. Product is made from whole grain oat flakes and oat bran so the product is high in fibre. Quick Oat Flakes + Bran can be used for porridges and desserts. Good and tasty in baking. Can also be used as such with yoghurt, sour milk and muesli.

INGREDIENTS: Oat bran, fullgrain oat.
The product may contain traces of other cereals.

1 dl of Myllyn Paras Quick Oat Flakes + Bran weights about 35 g.

Cooking instructions:

Oat porridge

for 1 portion

100 ml (35 g) Quick Oat Flakes + Bran
200 ml Water, Milk or Juice

Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan and add the flakes. Cook for one minute stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand for one minute. Serve with salt, sugar, honey, butter, berries or marmalade.
