Millet Flakes

Myllyn Paras Millet Flakes are made from millet seeds which are steamed and rolled to flakes. Millet Flakes can be used for porridges and desserts. Good and tasty in baking. Can also be used as such with yoghurt, sour milk and muesli.

INGREDIENTS: millet.
The product may contain traces of other cereals.

1 dl of Myllyn Paras Millet Flakes weights about 40 g.

Cooking instructions:

Millet porridge

for 1 portion

1 dl (40 g) Millet Flakes
1,5 dl Water, Milk or Juice.

Bring the water to a boil in a kettle and add the Millet Flakes. Cook for one minute stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand for one minute. Serve with desired toppings, salt, sugar, honey, butter, berries or marmalade.
