Oat Bran
Oat Bran is made from dehulled and heat treated Oat. Oat Bran is the outer layer of the oat groat so it is high in fibre. Oat Bran can be used for porridges and desserts. Good and tasty in baking. Can also be used as such with yoghurt, sour milk
and muesli.
INGREDIENTS: Oat.
The product may contain traces of other cereals.
1 dl of Myllyn Paras Oat Bran weights about 50 g.
Cooking instructions:
Oat Bran porridge
for 1 portion
75 ml (35 g) Oat Bran
200 ml Water, Milk or Juice.
Bring the water (milk, juice) to a boil in a saucepan and add the Oat Bran. Cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let stand for one minute. Serve with salt, sugar, honey, butter, berries or marmalade.
