Oat Bran
Oat bran are made of selected oat grains, which are de-hulled, kiln dried and milled from the outer husk of the oat grain. Oat bran are high in fibre, no added sugar, contains naturally sugar. Suitable especially for oatmeal, desserts, bread and cookies. Can also be used as such with yoghurt, sour milk and muesli.

1 dl Myllyn Paras Oat Bran weights 50 g.
Cooking instructions:
Oatbranmeal
for 1 portion:
⅓ cup (75 ml) of oat bran
1 cup (200 ml) of water, milk or juice.
Bring water (milk, juice) to the boil, put the flakes into the boiling liquid. Cook for 10 minutes, stir from time to time. Simmer the porridge under the cover for 1 minute. Optionally, you can add salt, sugar, honey, butter, berries or jam.
