Myllyn Paras pasta is made from the combanition of Canadian durum wheat, Finnish wheat and water. We are the market leader in pasta in Finland and we have produced whole grain pasta for the Finnish market for almost 20 years. The usage of soft Finnish grain in pasta making requires special skill. In addition to traditional pasta products, we have developed several fiber-rich products as well as oat and rye pasta products.
