Groats and Rice

Myllyn Paras groats and rice are suitable for cooking methods and they are an excellent side for both meat and vegetable dishes. Barley is a healthy alternative to traditional rice and macaroni, containing lots of fibre and beta-glucan. Pre-cooked barley groats have been a part of our selection since the 1990s. Rice, along with pasta, is a favourite of athletes because it is good source of carbohydrates and is low in  fat. Packaging: 400 g – 1 kg carton boxes, 10 – 20 kg paper sacks .
