We use Finnish grains for our flours whenever possible; wheat and barley are always Finnish, rye depends on annual harvest yields. Durum wheat and buckwheat are imported from abroad. Myllyn Paras ensures that after a high-quality milling process, the flours are safely packed. This ensures the best baking qualities for the flour.
